Allergens should be selected based on history. There is a significant false positive rate. Further advice on interpretation can be obtained from the laboratory. Level of IgE that is significant varies with allergen. Further advice available from the laboratory. A total IgE more than5000 may interfere with the assay and reduces the specificity of the test

1ml serum / serum gel initially then 0.5ml per allergen
