Pharmacokinetic analysis for dose adjustment. Calculation of area under the curve (AUC)
Specimen requirement
1ml EDTA blood at T = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 4, and 7 h post dose
Dispatch and handling instructions
Arrange with the GOSH metabolic lab prior to sampling.
Send samples immediately to local Lab. Samples must be separated and frozen ASAP (less than30 min). Label samples clearly with time of collection
