Manipulation of bone marrow or PBSCs may be required to deplete T and B cells (alpha/beta and CD19 depletion)
Specimen requirement
HPC (M) or HPC (A) with up to 60 x 10^9 total cells or 24 x 10^6 TCRαβ cells

All manipulations can only be performed if booked well in advance (at least 1 week) with the CTL on ext on 0433/0205 and an approved protocol is provided
