Time To Remember 2025 (formerly Annual Memorial Service)
Time To Remember will take place on Saturday 26th April 2025 at 2.30pm at St George the Martyr Church, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the hospital. The full address is 44 Queen Square, WC1N 3AH.
This event has been designed to offer the opportunity for bereaved families to come together to honour a much-loved child who has died. It will be a non-religious gathering, where people of all faiths and none are welcome.
Our time together will include contemplative music, readings, and reflections. There will also be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of your child and to view the books of remembrance should you wish to do so. Some families like to bring a framed photograph of their child which can be placed on a table for the duration of the afternoon and taken home afterwards.
Staff and volunteers from our multi-faith Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care team will be present for listening, support and conversation, as will staff from the Family Liaison teams and the Bereavement service. Staff from the Play team will also be present to offer memorial craft activities for siblings.
For the privacy of those who attend, this service will not be streamed online.
The details gathered when you complete this form will be used solely for the purposes of the 2025 Time to Remember event.
