The Single Ventricle Service (SVS) is part of the cardiothoracic team at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
We are a team of highly experienced doctors and nurses who are specialists in the care of children with functionally univentricular hearts.
The team runs an outpatient clinic on Friday afternoons at GOSH for children and young people with single ventricle heart conditions.
The Home Monitoring Programme has been developed to help monitor infants with single ventricle circulation between their Stage 1 and Stage 2 surgeries, when they are seen as most fragile.
