The Paediatric Chronic Pain Network
On this page you can find out about the Paediatric Chronic Pain Network (PCPN) organised by the Pain Control Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
PCPN aims to educate clinicians to enable them to identify, assess and manage children and young people with chronic pain. It has the ultimate goal of improving the pathway of patients through primary, secondary and tertiary services and improving their symptoms and ability to manage their pain.
The Network
PCPN is an education and networking group for referrers and service providers in children's chronic pain. We will organise meetings twice yearly to provide a forum for healthcare workers involved in the treatment of chronic pain in children to meet and interact on a regular basis.
Information about our meetings, as well as supporting material and links to useful resources, can be found below.
Please note that the meetings are open to healthcare professionals only.
Meetings
The next meeting will be held on Friday 9 September 2022, 10:00 - 12:00 GMT
This will be a Zoom Webinar.
Attendance is free but registration is required as there are limited numbers. To reserve a place, please click on register, with your name and institution (and that of any colleagues who wish to attend).
