Details of how to contact the Pain Control Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
In-patient Acute pain Service:
- For inpatient pain referrals/advice Bleep: 0577 (24 hours service)
- Clinical Nurse Specialists cover: Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 20.00 & Saturdays: 09.00 - 15.30
- Duty Anaesthetist provides cover outside of these hours
- In-patients with chronic pain problems who are not already under our care will also need a consultant to consultant referral letter (see below for guidance).
Out-patient Chronic Pain Service: Patients can be referred to the out-patient chronic pain management service using the guidance given in the following sections.
