Clinics and wards used by the Neuropsychology Service
Children who are treated as inpatients who require neuropsychological assessment are typically seen on Koala Ward.
Wards
Koala Ward is for children and young people who have problems with their brain and nervous system, or require surgery to the spine or the head. There is also a specialist epilepsy surgery service and rooms especially for carrying out neurological tests.
Clinics
Outpatients are assessed in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology (Level's 5 and 6, Southwood Building). The administrator will send out the appointment details to the family and confirm whether they wish to attend by telephone.
Our clinics run from Monday to Friday. In the event that you cannot attend an appointment, you should contact the Neuropsychology Secretary, Janet Bentham, on 0207 405 9200 (ext 0146) or 0207 829 8679 (ext 0146).
