• For questions regarding the practical issues of an admission, such as to change the surgery date, transport, accommodation or interpreters, please contact the admissions Coordinator on 020 7405 9200 extension 5224. They cannot answer clinical queries about your child’s health or their planned operation or procedure.
• For questions about the practical issues of an outpatient clinic appointment, such as transport and interpreters, please contact Orthopaedic Secretaries on extension 6050 (Ullas Dogan, secretary to Miss McMahon) or 8240 (Valerie Thompson, secretary to Mr Elgengehy). They cannot answer clinical queries about your child’s health or their planned operation or procedure.

If your child is acutely unwell, please seek medical attention from your family doctor (GP) or local Accident and Emergency (A&E) department. They will contact us for further information if needed.
