Cardiac Infant Home Monitoring Programme information for parents and visitors
This page describes the Cardiac Infant Home Monitoring Programme for high risk cardiac infants. The Cardiac Infant Home Monitoring Programme was developed to provide support for families of infants with vulnerable cardiac circulation.
We aim to empower families/carers in caring for their infants with complex congenital heart disease, who require increased support on discharge either by clinical monitoring or complex psychosocial care.
