DocMan Rejection

If you believe that your GP Practice has received electronic* clinical correspondence in error or you have problems viewing it, please notify Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) by accessing the link below. Please note this method does not apply to practices using Docman 10 or Docman 7.

To ensure that GOSH can receive meaningful Docman rejection feedback from MESH-enabled GP Practices (i.e. SystmOne or EMIS), GOSH has developed this rejection service to support the capturing of all necessary information in a simple format.

When the below link is accessed:

  1. A pre-populated email template will open in your default email application**
  2. Please complete the email, supplying all information requested
  3. The email must originate from an nhs.net email address***
  4. Press 'Send', and you are done. You can close this window/tab (however you might want to save it as a Favourite for future use)
  5. Your rejection will be processed at GOSH and errors corrected by the relevant specialty. The correspondence will then be resent.

Send GOSH a Docman rejection via email.

This will open a new email in your default client with a populated template.

Notes

  • If clinical correspondence received by post is believed to be an error, please return to sender with reason enclosed, as is current practice.
  • If a default email application has not been previously selected or configured, you may be prompted by a pop-up to select which application to use before the email template is opened. Please select the appropriate option where you currently send emails from your nhs.net email address. Ideally, remember your choice for next time. If you have further issues, please contact your local IT help desk for advice and support.
  • For security purposes, all emails that are received from other email addresses, that are non-standard format or that contain attachments to this mailbox will be deleted.
  • If you were unable to open a new pre-populated email in your default email client, please refer to the Email Template section below.

If it has not been possible to successfully open a new email via the link provided and send it from your default email client and GP Practice nhs.net email address, please create a new email manually and copy/paste the To, Subject, and Body sections below, then complete the fields as required and send the email.
