Great Ormond Street Hospital launches a travel health clinic led by internationally known travel health expert Dr Jane Zuckerman

Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children has opened a dedicated travel clinic in London offering children and adults a range of travel vaccinations, anti-malarial treatments and advice.

The consultant-led clinic is led by Dr Jane Zuckerman, an internationally known travel health expert who is supported by a team of highly qualified nurses.

The clinic offers families a one-to-one consultation with Dr Zuckerman, to provide a personalised travel health plan, supply the relevant medication or vaccination and offer advice on how to stay healthy while abroad.

On the launch of the clinic Dr Zuckerman said “I am delighted to be providing this exciting new service, The Great Ormond Street Travel Health Clinic, together with my colleagues. As more and more children and their families travel to all kinds of exciting destinations around the world, protecting their health while they are travelling is becoming ever more important. This is our aim and to ensure that children and their families travel safely and importantly, healthily.”
