In the eighth series, we catch up with Zoe who is a Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH) patient.

Zoe was born with arthrogryposis, a rare congenital disorder, and a series of operations to her legs and arms have given her enough independence of movement for her to progress at an academy school where she blossoms and becomes an enthusiastic netball player. But by the end of her first year, one foot is causing her so much pain that more surgery looks necessary to reposition her left foot so that she will continue to be able to walk.
