Richard Martin
He has maintained a specialist interest in the management of general and procedure-related anxiety in children for more than ten years.
He set up and delivered a hypnotherapy service and clinic for children with needle phobia, general and procedure-related anxiety at Great Ormond Street in January 2008.
After practicing as an independent hypnotherapist for adults and children in Harley Street he moved to his current place of independent practice at 73 New Bond Street.
He lectures nationally and internationally on hypnosis and the management of procedure-related anxiety, is a co-founder of POEMS for Children, a Director of POEMS Limited and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Medicine.

Qualifications
Having undergone comprehensive training in hypnotherapy with the BST Foundation he graduated with distinction and subsequently joined the faculty as an external examiner and medical advisor.
