Great Ormond Street Hospital's radiology department rejects criticisms of them made on the BBC, in an open letter.We, the undersigned, are members of the Department of Radiology.
Our patients are our priority and we believe our service is of the highest quality, meeting the needs of the patients at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

We have never claimed to be perfect, but we have excellent processes, good governance and have been externally benchmarked against the Imaging Services Accreditation Scheme (ISAS) by the UK Accreditation Service. We are a strong team and our service continues to evolve and innovate.

Our Trust is very supportive of our service and we do not recognise any suggestion that individuals are not able to raise concerns.
