Halloween decorating competition 2019

Halloween pumpkin

The bewitching hour of all hallows is fast approaching and following last year’s fiendishly successful Halloween decorating competion, staff and patients at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), have been invited to make their wards/offices/laboratories spooktacular!

We are looking for patients to join our panel of staff to help choose the most ghoulishly decorated area in the hospital.

We think the magicians, wizards and warlocks among you at GOSH will be able to transform left over cardboard boxes or plastic bottles and other everyday materials into spooky, kooky creations!

Will Squirrel Ward keep their creepy crown as the best decorated area in the hospital or will another team beat them? We want you to decide.

To find out more and to get involved please email patient.experience@gosh.nhs.uk

Sustainability twist

There is a twist to this year's competition - decorating should be about creativity!

We are asking staff and patients to make sure that as many decorations as possible are made from recycled materials, or can be recycled or able to be re-used for future Halloweens!
