Celebrating Our Staff at the GOSH Annual Staff Awards

28 Oct 2024, 6 p.m.

A series of glass awards from the GOSH Annual Staff awards

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of honouring our extraordinary colleagues at the second annual Staff Awards, made possible through the generous support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Recognising outstanding contributions

With 74 teams and 317 individuals nominated across 11 award categories, we reviewed nearly 400 nominations—each a testament to the outstanding work happening across our hospital.

The annual Staff Awards highlight the exceptional efforts of GOSH staff who have gone above and beyond over the past year. From championing sustainability to fostering inclusivity and showing unwavering commitment to patient care, these awards showcase the remarkable contributions shaping our hospital today and for the future.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the night so special. Whether you nominated a colleague, shared their story on camera, or cheered them on at the event, you played a crucial role in making the celebration unforgettable.

Our shortlisted nominees and winners

From the nearly 400 nominations, 33 individuals and teams were shortlisted. Leading up to the event, we captured their nominators’ heartfelt stories in a series of short films, showcasing why these colleagues’ deserved recognition. Their inspiring contributions were brought to life on the night, helping to highlight the incredible impact they’ve had to their peers.
