NHS England’s statement on information on health inequalities
To fulfil our reporting requirements for NHS England’s statement on information on health inequalities (duty under section 13SA of the National Health Service Act 2006), we are required to collect, analyse and report domains within Appendix 1 of the document on an annual basis.
This health inequalities information was collected, analysed and reported from the Great Ormond Street Hospital Health Inequalities Data Dashboard, developed by the Health Inequalities Team, the Business Intelligence Team and the Clinical Information Team, and will be reported at the end of each financial year.
