Make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request

You will appreciate the circumstances the NHS is currently experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to assure you that Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is making every effort to maintain normal duties whilst meeting other operational priorities during this pandemic. The Trust anticipates there will be delays in the processing of existing and new FOI requests for information. However, please be assured that we remain committed to responding to requests for information as soon as possible during this difficult time,

Should you wish for the Trust to continue processing your request for information, please expect delays as resources may be unavailable whilst making every effort to respond as soon as possible.

If, however, you wish to withdraw your request for information and re-submit at a later date, please notify the FOI Team foiteam@gosh.nhs.uk as soon as possible by making sure you quote the unique FOI reference number you were issued.
